Seeking:
Templeton Properties is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide support to our leadership team. You will be working in a fast-paced and challenging environment while contributing to the overall efficiency of our organization.


Experience Required:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role is required.

Duties:


  • Writing letters and official correspondence on behalf of the executive team
  • Keeping the executive's calendar uptodate, including adding events, rescheduling appointments, and providing daily briefings
  • Acting as the gatekeeper for internal and external contacts, including vendors, colleagues, clients, and customers
  • Conducting research and creating reports on various topics based on the needs of the executives
  • Drafting proposals under the direction of the executives
  • Relaying pertinent information to staff on behalf of the executives
  • Planning and organizing events that take place externally and internally, such as company/staff appreciation events & luncheons
  • Keeping important information and documents organized physically, and electronically
  • Overseeing office inventory
  • Maintaining a high degree of discretion and confidentiality

Salary:
Templeton Properties typically offers competitive compensation packages. Salary is negotiable within a given range and is commensurate with experience.
