Mint Tiny House Company are hiring for the position of a Marketing Manager.

We are a small to medium sized manufacturing company with an amazingly fun product.

We manufacture Tiny House RV's and Park models and we are seeking a high-performing individual to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

Our team is innovative and motivated, and we need your experience in Marketing and content creation

The marketing manager will be the sole marketing position in the company, and will be required to be very hands on at strategizing and executing each project

Responsibilities include:

Working closely with the sales team to create compelling advertising campaigns to generate leads.
Managing Google Adwords account.
Producing direct target marketing campaigns to specific growth areas.
Managing all social media accounts, posting new content daily.
Keeping the company website up to date (Wordpress)
Create brochures / marketing material.
Design and implement a strategic marketing plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.
Forecasting and developing annual marketing quotas for regions.

Requirements and skills

BS/MS degree in marketing, business administration or a related field
Successful previous experience as a handson marketing manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skill
Strong social media marketing skills/experience
Strong web design skills
Experience with wordpress
Google adwords experience recommended

Salary:
$55,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
