We are looking to expand our business this year. by doing so we are looking for experianced asphalt workers that love doing what they do. We currenty are looking for a job forman & lead hands

(LEAD HANDS) Responsibilities:

Perform various physical labor tasks on construction sites
Operate heavy equipment such as pavers, excavators, and rollers
Assist with building and paving projects
Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe work environment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

Qualifications:

2/3 years Previous experience in asphalt work minimum.
Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team
Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors

FORMANS'''Duties'''

Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
Oversee and manage a team of construction workers
Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
Use construction management software to track progress and communicate with team members
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction leadership role
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
Proficiency in using construction management software such as ProCore or similar platforms
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational and time management abilities
