Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Coach to lead our team in Ottawa. As the Head Coach, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the team's performance and development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance
- Provide guidance and mentorship to assistant coaches and athletes
- Plan and coordinate practice sessions, competitions, and travel arrangements
- Evaluate individual and team performance to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain a positive and motivating environment for athletes
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and staff members
Experience:
- Previous 10 years of Cricket coaching experience in Cricket Academy is a must.
- Strong knowledge of Batting, Bowling, Wicket keeping techniques and strategies
- Ability to educate athletes on proper cricket skills and tactics
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Certification in Level 1, Level
- Cricket Coaching is a must.
- Ottawa residents will be considered strictly.
- Overseas Cricket Experience is a must. ( 5 Years )
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
$29.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
