The Starbucks Supervisor is a coffee lover at heart, leading a team to deliver top-notch food and drinks while ensuring an exceptional member experience.Responsibilities
- Educate team members on consistently delivering a five-star experience
- Making and preparing orders for customers in Starbucks alongside the team
- Maintain inventory and replenish supplies
- Clean and sanitize equipment and Starbucks areas
- Reviewing time off requests, vacation days and prepare Barista schedules
- Assist with recruitment and selection of all new Baristas
- Conduct new hire training/li>Planand host team meetings /li>/ul>
