- Assist in the delivery of consulting services such as strategic planning, business planning, feasibility studies, process improvement, financial modelling, organizational effectiveness and analytical studies, working at times independently and as part of a project team
- Plan and support data collection through primary, secondary, comparative and best practice research, including interviews, focus groups, facilitated workshops, surveys, review of client data, direct observation, published reports, internet research and direct contact
- Coordinate project logistics with clients and other stakeholders consistent with project plans
- Perform analysis and interpretation of qualitative and quantitative data, including financial data, and present information in a clear, concise manner
- Support the design, development, formatting and proof reading of high-quality professional reports, proposals, and correspondence
- Develop positive working relationships with clients at the peer and management level
- Provide a consistent, high level of client service based on client needs, including response to requests in a timely, accurate and professional manner
- Assist in and support ongoing improvements in project methods and development of technical knowledge
- Assist in promotion of MNP Consulting through the support and development of presentations, articles, workshops or participating in community activities
- Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary
- Maintain flexibility and mobility to work at client sites (preferably via car) as needed
- An undergraduate degree in a related field
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Strong writing and presentation development skills
- Ability to quickly analyze a situation and see opportunities to improve it
