Job Description:
Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for all tasks related to the coordination of training activities for health and safety and corporate needs.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Planning and coordinating training activities with external suppliers.
- Planning and coordinating training activities with managers.
- Working with internal stakeholders to ensure that everyone participates in training activities.
- Followingup on training and competencies with participants and suppliers.
- Performing data entry and updating all training records in the management systems (AIM Campus and Nethris).
- Preparing and analyzing reports in relation to regulatory requirements.
- Followingup on invoicing with suppliers and internal partners.
Qualifications:
- College diploma in related field.
- Minimum of two years of work experience in a similar role.
- Bilingual in both the French and English language both orally and in writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Word, Excel, and Access
Desired Skills:
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
- Be recognized for having excellent organizational skills.
- Be rigorous, meticulous, resourceful, and autonomous.
