Qualifications include:


  • Background in real estate development and construction, architecture, and engineering is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and timelines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to organize priorities based on deadlines
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Valid G license with a personal vehicle

Job Duties:


  • Support the Project Manager in the management and projects coordination with the management team, site supervisors, and builders
  • Oversee project management to ensure effective milestone planning and completion of deliverables on time and on budget
  • Implement developed operational changes necessary to ensure that production quotas and procedures are met
  • Coordinate with trades with quotes, materials and deliveries
  • Process, and monitor progress and compliance with, sales, consulting and other contracts
  • Assist in the monitoring and updating of construction project budgets and schedules
  • Keep the Project manager informed of the status of all projects in which he/she is involved; Coordinate with marketing and sales department and consultants and to provide updates of project progress to management teams
  • Ensure project team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables
  • Ensure documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project
  • Communicate plans, progress, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders
  • Solve any issues that may arise during the project
  • Manage and build relationships with multiple teams
  • Assist the Project manager with administrative functions and processes
  • Manage daytoday activities for the Project Management team
  • Analyze project data and producing progress reports
  • Prepare construction update/newsletter for the stakeholders

Pay:
$60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
