Preferred Protection & Response Services Ltd._is currently seeking a licensed Manitoba security guard to fill the position of a Part Time Mobile Patrol Guard.

However, please ensure that you meet the criteria listed below._

Mandatory Requirements:

A valid Manitoba Security License is required.
A valid 5F Manitoba Drivers License.
CPR/First Aid certification required.
Must be fluent in English both verbally and in writing.
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant security experience in Canada.

MUST be available / on weekdays and weekends

MUST be available to work a minimum of 2 eight hour shifts per week (16 hours per week).

Mobile Guard Responsibilities:

Observe and Report any/all suspicious activities and incidents at respective sites.
Complete a daily shift report.
Communicate with employees, when required.
Remove unwanted persons from the property, when required.
Responds to incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, water discharge, hazardous materials, inclement weather, and other incidents at sites.
Occasional lifting may be required, (50 lbs).
Providing our clients with exceptional customer service while remaining focused on the assets of the property at all times.
Must be available to work a minimum of 2 shifts/16 hours per week.
Confident in using communication equipment (2way radio, tablet, computers) or show a willingness to learn.
Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
