Product Manager

Marine Thinking is seeking an individual looking to join an agile, dynamic, and motivated team in the ocean artificial intelligence (AI) and robotic technology industry.

Our technology aims to help protect the environment by supporting the sustainable development of the marine industry.

We are looking for an experienced
Product Manager to lead and manage, on-site, one of our soon-to-be-released uncrewed vessel products, ensuring that it meets customer needs, contributes to the success of the company, and provides effective support to agents and customers.

The
Product Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the product lifecycle, from post-development to end-of-life, including production, operation and maintenance, documentation updates, and agent communication and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the production and manufacturing of the uncrewed vessel product, ensuring that production processes meet quality standards and deadlines.
Manage the operation and maintenance of the uncrewed vessel, ensuring that it operates effectively and meets customer needs.
Develop and maintain product documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and marketing materials.
Coordinate with agents and distributors to provide product training and support and gather customer feedback to inform future product development.
Monitor market trends and competitors' products and identify opportunities to improve the uncrewed vessel product and expand the company's market share.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, product management, business, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of managing and launching successful products.
Knowledge of uncrewed vessel technology and related industries, with experience in product development and production.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, and ensure that products are delivered on time and within budget.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and external partners.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and product performance data to inform product development and improvement.
Knowledge of product pricing and promotion strategies, and the ability to develop effective product launch plans and campaigns.
