Description

Under the supervision of the Human Resources Assistant-Director, you will supervise and take part in the complete hiring process for primarily pre-board screening officer positions at all airports in Eastern Canada served by Securitas Transport Aviation Security (STAS).

Responsibilities:

Supervise activities of the recruitment team
Maintain reports uptodate in regards to recruitment efforts and KPI
In collaboration with management, organize tasks and define goals of the recruitment team members
Coordinate training with the training department
Ensuring that recruitment files comply with STAS rules
Work closely with the Airport Operations Department and the Human Resources Department to achieve recruitment objectives within the prescribed time frame;
Monitor key performance indicators related to the recruitment process and contribute to their improvement and evolution;
Provide support to the Human Resources department and participate in certain HR processes and be responsible for the production of certain reports, all in collaboration with the recruitment colleagues
Perform all related tasks

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in administration, human resource management or other relevant field.
Between 1 and 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in a unionized company.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database software.
Bilingualism both oral and written (French/English). Qualities and skills required for this position
Professionalism.
Rigour, thoroughness and great discretion.
Good judgment, analytical mind and desire to provide outstanding customer service.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Ability to manage several files simultaneously and meet established deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and team spirit.

Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and satisfaction in delivering quality work.
