Overview:
We are seeking an Entry Level Accounting professional to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in accounting and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

As an Entry Level Accounting, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks and providing support to the finance department.

Duties:

Perform account analysis and reconciliation
Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
Process payroll using various software systems such as Ceridian, ADP, Workday, PeopleSoft, or Kronos
Assist with financial reporting and analysis
Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records
Assist with monthend and yearend closing procedures
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure accurate financial data
Provide general administrative support to the finance department

Skills:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar programs
Knowledge of financial services and principles
Familiarity with payroll processing systems
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is required. However, a degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
