Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system
  • Upsell and suggest additional items to enhance the customer experience
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the work area
  • Adhere to food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of food products
  • Assist with food preparation and assembly as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service
  • Follow company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:

  • Previous Papa Johns Experience MUST
  • Must be able to take morning or closing shift (we close at 2 AM)
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members

Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour

  • Morning shift
  • Night shift
