    We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team at GURBAKSH HOLDING LTD.

    Job Summary

    The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, delegating work to support staff, and establishing priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
    • Delegate tasks to office support staff to optimize resource allocation
    • Establish and maintain work priorities to meet deadlines and achieve goals
    • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including budgeting and inventory management
    • Coordinate and plan office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
    • Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining budgetary controls
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
    • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth operations

    Requirements

    To be considered for this role, you must have:

    • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • Experience in an administrative role, with an asset being experience in business operations or a related field

    Benefits

    This is a permanent position, offering a competitive salary of $$65,000 per year, based on 35 hours of work per week. The language of work is English.
