Responsibilities:

Schedule Management:
- Coordinate and manage the realtor's and property manager's calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, property viewings, and other commitments.
- Ensure efficient time management and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
Client Onboarding:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, gathering necessary information, and completing required paperwork.
- Provide assistance and support to clients during the initial stages of engagement, answering queries and addressing concerns.
Paperwork Preparation:
- Assist with the preparation and organization of paperwork related to real estate transactions, rental agreements, lease contracts, and property management documentation.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of paperwork, adhering to regulatory requirements and company standards.
Administrative Support:
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and recordkeeping, to maintain organized and efficient workflows.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed by the realtor and property manager.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in completing tasks and handling paperwork.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Familiarity with real estate terminology, processes, and documentation is desirable.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
