  • Greet customers and assist with home decorating/ renovation needs.
  • Answer phones and assist clients.
  • Order/ data entry
  • Invoicing clients
  • Collecting/processing payments
  • Good knowledge of Interior Home decor and renovation.
  • Posting payments, Settling POS

Technical Competencies

  • Experience in Microsoft Excel
  • Some experience in costing systems would be beneficial but not essential
  • Experience with SAGE, Business Vision, POS terminal

  • Strong customer service skills and highly organized
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization
