Business Development Manager - Home Care Services

Overview


At Home Concierge we are looking to revolutionize what service excellence means in the private pay, home care space and are seeking an entrepreneurial, metrics-based, relationship-over-task individual to help lead the growth of our company.

Position:

We are looking to hire a Business Development Manager with a
passion for forming connections and strong partnerships. We're looking for a
skilled relationship builder with an entrepreneurial
hunter mindset.


As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the developing and execution of our growth and regional expansion activities for a designated territory, which includes developing a sales funnel, managing the relationship, reviewing KPI's and driving growth through a referral-based sales model for our private home care services.


In this role you are responsible for sales, marketing and promotional activities related to the awareness and contracting of services within the assigned region.

We are looking for highly driven individuals who are motivated to exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.

_ Role and Responsibilities:
_


  • Lead proposal and pricing development, sales presentations, and contract negotiations for both new and existing clients based upon organization needs
  • Act as relationship manager for key contractual relationships according to territory by implementing quarterly performance meetings to drive high client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with H.R / Operations to ensure contracts for the provision of home care services meet legislative requirements and best practices
  • Establish partnerships that drive revenue through private pay home care services
  • Perform sales calls, administrative duties, prospect management and marketing related to building referralbased partnerships and increasing revenue with Hospital, Senior Living, Insurance, and other specialty services to grow the private pay business
  • Communicate service offering of Home Concierge to prospective partners and members
  • Positioning Home Concierge services as a solution to prospects to support and grow a meaningful partnership
  • Research and navigate healthcare landscape and channels to reach key opinion leaders and decision makers
  • Develop and oversee marketing approach to Home Concierge services according to territory, linked to increased online presence with the goal of increasing member referrals
  • Develop territory plan to ensure alignment on meeting goals
  • Fostering relationships long term with partners will be essential to success
  • Coordinate onsite and offsite meetings with partners as needed to ensure Home Concierge remains top referral partner
  • Meet and/or exceed target goals for revenue generation and quota
  • Identify opportunities within partnership network for added support and growth, uncovering new business, and providing a focus on delivering and promoting standardization and best practices through preferred provider relationships
  • Lead / mentor direct reports towards sales targets

You must have:


  • Knowledge of and experience in the private pay home care market and or, public health sector
  • Minimum 2 years of Business to Business Sales experience
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Hunter mentality: ability to find new partners in designated market segments
  • Relationship builder: able to nurture partnerships to ensure referral flow, and revenue generation
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales and/or marketing plans, public and community relations campaigns and special events
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven relationship selling skills
  • Superior oral, written and listening communication skills
  • Experience managing budgets an asset
  • An independent, capable leader who excels in a team environment
  • Adaptable to new technologies
  • Valid G2 or G License and access to a reliable vehicle for local
  • Local travel (GTA) 75%, Provincial travel mínimal
  • Clear criminal record check
