CH&E Coordinator (Evaluation Specialist)

Position Description

  • Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):_
  • Conducting and implementing evaluation and quality improvement projects for Education and training including development of logic models, evaluation frameworks/plans and evaluation & data visualization tools and writing professional evaluation reports
  • Monitoring daytoday aspects of evaluation and quality improvement projects
  • Contribute in the development of RFPs, grants, and new project proposals to internal and external parties
  • Engaging with stakeholders and ensuring their buyin and the integrity of evaluation and service data
  • Producing various professional reports, papers, and presentations (e.g., writing, fact checking, editing)
  • Preparing evaluation materials (e.g., questionnaires, consent forms, letters, and other evaluation administrative activities as required) for internal initiatives and external revenue generating projects
  • Coordinating data collection, including coding and cleaning
  • Conducting qualitative and quantitative data analysis and reporting for various evaluation projects
  • Reviewing/conducting literature review on a regular basis
  • Participating in special projects and committees as assigned by Manager or Director
  • Coordinate and provide support to Manager in cultivating and sustaining an internal community of practice for Education Evaluation
  • Developing presentation slide decks or reports for the purposes of communicating and disseminating evaluation findings
  • Presenting in collaboration with Manager (or at times independently as required) evaluation findings to stakeholders internal and external to the organization
  • Working with key stakeholders in all aspects of evaluation (e.g., clients, families, students, staff, managers, directors)
  • Other evaluation duties as assigned by the Manager

Qualifications

Please Note:
This full-time, temporary (12 months) position is part of the OPSEU Bargaining Unit.


Salary Range:
$ $45.31 per hour
