Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our team.

The Automotive Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining efficient and profitable service operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the staff, including technicians, advisors, and support staff.
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Schedule and prioritize service appointments to maximize efficiency and meet customer needs.
Monitor and control expenses to meet budgetary goals.
Maintain accurate records of service transactions, including repair orders, invoices.
Stay uptodate with industry trends, new technologies, and automotive advancements to provide knowledgeable guidance to customers and staff.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an automotive service management role is required.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
Solid mechanical knowledge to understand customer concerns and provide accurate diagnoses.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction ratings.
Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial management principles.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Salary:
$55,949.44-$60,246.28 per year
