QA Officer:
(Full-time position):
location-Vancouver, Canada**BRI, A Frontage Company, is a Contract Research Company (CRO) located in Vancouver, BC with head office located at Exton, Pennsylvania. BRI specializes in bioanalytical LC/MS/MS, In-vitro / In-vivo Drug Metabolism / Pharmacokinetics and drug product pre-clinical and clinical development in Canada, USA, Europe and Japan. Our facility is accredited by AAALAC and conforms to GLP guidance.
We are seeking for a highly motivated team player that enjoys the fast pace, self-learning and highly regulated environment of a CRO.
Qualification:
- University degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a science related discipline
- With basic knowledge of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)
- With basic knowledge of HPLC and LC/MS/MS
- Working experience in a laboratory quality unit is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong planning and organization abilities
- Competent and self motivated individual able to work independently
- Proficient at computers skills, such as MS Office
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Review and audit analytical data and reports
- Review equipment logbooks, equipment qualification data and certificates
- Perform inphase audit and internal system audits
- Conduct training sessions
- Maintain BRI's vendor/supplier qualification program
- Assist in preparation of client site/regulatory audits
- Report to the BRI Management for any deficiencies or areas of improvement required for the QA system
- Adhere to all BRI standard operating procedures and the GLP regulations
