Academic Chair Position at Fleming College

Fleming College is seeking a forward-thinking leader to oversee our Environmental and Natural Resource Sciences programs. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in a relevant discipline, preferably Environmental and Natural Resource Sciences.

The Academic Chair will provide leadership in academic processes, including new program development, program review, quality assurance, and curriculum revision. They will work collaboratively with the School leadership team to deliver an innovative learning experience that prepares students for real-world careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic leadership and management of the SENRS portfolio's day-to-day operations
• Develop and administer complex budgets with strong analytical abilities
• Serve as an ambassador for the college in various cross-College committees
