YOUR ROLE:


  • Work with the Business Director to develop comprehensive Sales Plans to achieve annual distributor purchase plans.
  • Present Distributor Buyer's Guides and work with them to achieve their purchase plans.
  • Manage and deliver monthly sales targets for the region.
  • Conduct quarterly sales reviews with distributor management teams.
  • In conjunction with Business Director develop activity plans to achieve sales and brand development expectations with distributor sales consultants (DSC).
  • Prepare content and facilitate monthly sales meetings at local distributor houses.
  • Work with DSC's to target and secure new business opportunities, and provide monthly reports on their progress.
  • Manage sales and promotional plans for Professional Hands (PH) and Key Accounts including; quarterly visits and reviews, educational bookings, product orders and strategic planning.
  • Work with SKP Educational Supervisor and Technical Advisors to develop the territory.

YOUR SKILLS:


  • Bachelor of Arts
  • 35 years of sales experience in the professional beauty industry.
  • Strong leadership skills; ability to influence others and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze challenges, adopt effective course of action and execute.
  • Strong prioritization skills, including ability to balance multiple tasks and reprioritize as needed.
  • Must have systems proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Travel required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
