We are looking for passionate and outgoing individuals who are interested in joining our retail sales team at the Bell store located in Dufferin Mall.

Individuals with previous sales and/or management experience are welcomed, especially those who understand the importance of customer service. In today's world, technology is what keeps us together. Qualifications:

Customer Service Experience (min. 1-2 years)

  • Language proficiency in
    Portuguese and/or
    Spanish (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of technology and the ability to operate smartphones/ gadgets and navigate their settings (required)
  • Must possess basic typing skills and be able to quickly grasp how to navigate different operating systems
  • A solid drive and commitment to sales
  • A strong focus on building positive relationships with customers
  • A willingness to learn and receive feedback in order to improve performance and development

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Work in a fastpaced and teamoriented environment
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to both promote and sell our Bell products and services
  • Show a commitment to meeting and exceeding sales performance targets
  • Updating daily visual merchandising on sales floor


Bell is Canada's best telecommunications company, providing products and services related to Mobility, TV, high-speed and wireless Internet, and residential Home phone services.


Pay:

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 25-30 per week


Day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Flexible Language Requirement:

  • Toronto, ON M6H 4A9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
