Role Description:


  • Work alongside the regional manager, principals to define quarterly objectives, standardized business reporting, and create dashboards
  • Manage the Sales Operations process to enable principal and student interviewers productivity
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks in the sales process and find ways to reduce them to make the admissions machine run faster
  • Manage metrics/analytics programs to help the organization make databacked business decisions
  • Improve our admissions process through the implementation of better measurement and execution
  • Drive tactical planning throughout all levels of the organization closest to the customer
  • Execute business process improvement initiatives
  • Assist with onboarding principals and CAA's regarding the admissions process
  • Ongoing communication and participate in CAA meetings and huddles
  • Optimize lead qualifications and scoring
  • Data entry and ensuring the dashboards for campus operations are up to date
  • Conduct online student interviews as a back up for the Principals and Regional Managers

Main Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the admissions funnel
  • Streamlining and optimizing the admissions process
  • Selecting, implementing, and managing sales automation tools
  • Manage CRM data
  • Perform sales forecasting
  • Need to go to campus to help improve experience for client
  • Work with leadership to develop organizational goals

Additional Responsibilities:


  • Reception and front desk coverage shared with the office coordinator
  • Student interviews for pilot programs
  • Must be able to attend campus twice weekly

Experience:


  • Experience with Dynamics or Salesforce would be considered an asset
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience within a similar role.
  • High attention to detail, ability to document processes and maintain company standards
  • Ability to conduct training sessions and provide effective feedback.

Education:


  • A degree from a recognized college or university.
