- Évolution de la marque : Participer à la définition de la stratégie de marque et à la mise en œuvre du plan qui mènera notre marque vers l'expérience cible, renforçant ainsi notre cohérence et notre présence dans le marché.
- Expérience de marque : Contribuer aux projets de la planification stratégique et ceux touchant la visibilité de la marque en partageant des orientations et principes directeurs, des recommandations stratégiques, des guides et outils ainsi que des messages-clés destinés aux diverses parties prenantes de l'organisation et aux membres, partenaires et employés.
- Stratégies de communication : Développer des stratégies intégrées qui touchent toutes nos plateformes de communication en fonction de la valeur d'affaires (objectifs, cibles et marchés) et des contraintes techniques. Tu agiras à titre de leader et de spécialiste, coordonnant les efforts à travers l'organisation et effectuant une priorisation transversale.
- Gouvernance de la marque : Travailler sur l'évaluation de notre marque et de son contenu créatif, suivre la performance, et assurer le respect des politiques relatives de la gestion de la marque.
- Partenariats : Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec nos partenaires internes et externes; comprendre les enjeux pour mieux saisir les opportunités d'affaires, et renforcer l'engagement avec la marque.
- Gestion et suivi : Définir la portée de la feuille de route, assurer un suivi serré et rigoureux de celle-ci, du budget et des mandats qui te seront confiés.
- détient un baccalauréat en marketing ou communication (maîtrise un atout).
- cumule un minimum de 10 ans d'expérience en communications dans un rôle touchant la stratégie, l'expérience et la gestion de la marque dans une grande organisation (B2B un atout).
- démontre une grande tolérance face à l'ambiguïté et aux changements. Un environnement qui change constamment ne t'intimide pas.
- est habité par l'orientation client/employé, possède un esprit stratégique et axé sur les résultats.
- fait preuve d'excellentes aptitudes relationnelles, la bienveillance au cœur tout en disposant de solides compétences en communication et en rédaction..
- maîtrise la langue française, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, ainsi qu'une maitrise avancée de la langue anglaise, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches, des outils de travail ou d'interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l'entreprise.
