Job summary
This Maintenance Coordinator position will ensure the correct set-up and dismantling of banquet and meeting rooms to meet individual guest needs, as well as performing general facility maintenance and handyman tasks to keep the Saint John Trade & Convention Centre in excellent condition.Responsibilities
- Checking and cleaning meeting rooms before, during, and after events. ,
- Providing and replenishing water service as required. ,
- Receiving, moving, and storing materials on behalf of clients. ,
- Cleaning guest washrooms ensuring supplies are replenished areas tidy at all times. ,
