Responsibilities:

'¢ coordinate analyses, develops, and implements solutions for complex problems

'¢ consult with clients on the changes/modifications, recommend and develop training plans, and monitor operational performance

You have:
'¢ advanced technical knowledge of large hardware and software operations and utilities, productivity tools, client server architecture, mini-computer, PC technologies, online processing systems, web-based technologies, Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and database management systems

'¢ knowledge of front end, web-based technologies and data-mining/reporting-based COTS tools encompassing feasibility studies, requirements definition, analysis, prototyping, system design, implementation, testing and maintenance

'¢ knowledge of design methodologies in Internet-based and/or distributed environments

'¢ knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle Methodologies, familiarity with ITIL Processes for Change/Release Management, use of object oriented and/or 3GL development tools, relational and hierarchical database technologies, use of information retrieval packages using SQL and other query languages, one or more telecommunications protocols

'¢ knowledge of emerging IT trends and technologies

'¢ you can gather information on client problems, services and business goals/objectives
