Executive Assistant Job Responsibilities:

Schedule A

Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions:
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices:
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics:
Good understanding of social media KPIs:
Manage and oversee social media content:
Measure the success of every social media campaign:
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies:

Attend educational conferences:

Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams:
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization:
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
Schedule B:
- Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
- Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, and answering or directing inquiries.
- Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
- Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive's absence and speaking for the executive.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Secures information by completing database backups.
- Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems and recording meeting discussions.
- Maintains office supplies anticipating needed supplies,
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
- Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the work place, such as golf tournaments, fundraising events and staff appreciation events, client events, seminars etc.
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
Executive Assistant Skills and Qualifications:
