Job Title:
Customer Service Representative


Responsibilities:


  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain customer records and update information as necessary
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • RIBO licensed
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry
  • Epic trained is an asset
  • Experience working on insurance company portals an asset

Job Types:

Salary:
$35,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
