Please note, this posting is for a USA Job, located in California. Our company is looking to hire Correctional Officers for the facility, and will support in the relocation and legal process to transition to the United States.

Overview:
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Correctional Officers.

As a Correctional Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our correctional facility.

This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires strong leadership skills, case management abilities, and a commitment to law enforcement.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor inmates within the correctional facility
• Maintain order and discipline among inmates
• Conduct regular security checks and inspections
• Respond to emergencies and incidents as needed
• Conduct searches for contraband items
• Escort inmates to various locations within the facility
• Assist with inmate intake and release procedures
• Implement and enforce facility rules and regulations
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a safe and secure environment

Experience:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or law enforcement role is preferred (but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
• Excellent problemsolving abilities
• Physical fitness and stamina

Qualifications:

• At least 21 years of age
• Graduation from high school, G.E.D. or equivalent from a Canadian/U.S. institution, or possession of a college degree (Associate of Arts or higher) from an accredited Canadian/U.S. college or university
• Be a citizen of the Canada/U.S. or legal permanent resident
• Additionally, must have no felony convictions and eligible to own/possess a firearm (we will explain the process for how to obtain a license in the states)

Pay:
$130,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
