Skills and Responsibilities:


  • Must have experience in Support Analyst
  • Should have core support for BFS projects
  • Indepth technical and handson technical experience
  • Willingness to support critical 24*7 support with ownership and accountability.
  • Worked in onsiteoffshore support mode.
Sound understanding of SLA/KPI, transformation. Sound understanding of incident management, problem management.

  • Technical skills: Kyvos/Helios Splunk Dynatrace Azure Deployments Curl & postman knowledges Kafka, Azure, SQL, DB Azure, Data Factory (ADF), Stone Branch, Linux Vm Angular, Java, Salesforce (CRM) Power BI, Finacle Volante, Volpay Suntec.
