Job Summary:
We are seeking a User Support Technician to join our team.
The User Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to our users and customers, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly to nontechnical users
- A customeroriented mindset and a passion for helping others
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Certification in relevant technical areas is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and provide solutions
- Assist in testing and evaluating new technologies
- Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve user experience and system functionality
