Job summary
We are seeking an experienced K–12 school boundary / student assignment GIS analyst to run a demographic study and build multiple boundary and school-closure scenarios that keep schools balanced while clearly showing equity impacts by neighborhood and student demographics.+
Responsibilities
- Ingest student-level file (address, grade, school, program flags, race/ethnicity) and geocode addresses
- Validate data quality and document assumptions
- Build baseline attendance boundary maps and baseline metrics:
