The Manager, Domestic Recruitment helps NAIT achieve enrolment objectives by managing the strategies and operations of the Domestic Student Recruitment team.

The team focuses on conversations, outreach and events that raise awareness, making connections that help future students see a place for themselves at NAIT.

This role may require some travel within Canada.

While the role has considerable flexibility to work remotely, there will also be a need to have a frequent presence on NAIT's main campus.


Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, coach, and motivate Domestic Student Recruitment team.
Create and oversee operational plans (events, travel, etc.) and budget for the team.
Work with other NAIT departments to coordinate large recruitment events.
Identify opportunities and work to implement new processes, technologies, and approaches to student recruitment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required
Two or more years of related work experience (e.g., in post-secondary or similar environment, preferably in a role that focuses on student recruitment, enrolment, sales, or marketing
Two or more years of leadership experience.
Equivalencies will be considered


Remuneration:
$87, $116,170.86 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package. (Classification - O20).
