The Ag & Home Analysis team is hiring a Business Analyst, on a temporary basis (up to 12 months) at our Home Office in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan reporting to the Ag & Home Business Analyst Manager.

What you'll do:


  • You will perform user needs analysis, requirements gathering and documentation, software fit/gap analysis, and participate in system design, testing and implementation
  • You will develop and lead all testing including functional, integration and performance plans that will be required to ensure that new systems will meet the requirements of the department. Prepare all documentation for any new systems and processes
  • You will assist in the Supply Chain Transformation by rolling out the various Supply Chain Systems, review and analyze areas, such as the customer master file, to support change management activities, with a focus on end user and Local Coop impact

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Project Management & Business Analysis and:

  • You have a University Degree in Commerce, Computer Science or related fields.
  • You have a minimum of 6 years of related industry experience or experience with system implementation.
  • IT or Project Management experience would be an asset. An understanding of the CRS would also be an asset (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
  • You're honest and trustworthy, are results oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
  • You believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of others.
