Job Summary

The Field Marketing Specialist is part of an innovative worldwide marketing team and a key player supporting global company positioning and regional strategies.

Their partnership with field marketing leaders will contribute to successful execution of marketing plans in alignment with Sales.

Responsibilities

Embraces a digital first approach where we continuously strive to find new ways to scale engagement
Leads or supports field marketing activities that drive demand and account engagement
Works with the global and regional managers of ABM (account based marketing) to plan and execute programs in the field
Creates consistency and alignment of regional programs messaging at the territory field level
Assists with key metrics reporting and campaign evaluation
Collaborates effectively with partner marketing team members
Understands our global marketing objectives and how they are supported at regional and territory levels to show ROI of marketing activities

Qualifications

3+ years experience preferred
Motivated selfstarter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments
Strong understanding of basic business and marketing concepts
Excels at crossgroup collaboration
Exceptional communication and time management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Demonstrated experience and/or knowledge of ABM
Experience with marketing automation and/or analytics tools a plus
Marketing degree or equivalent experience preferred

Bay Area:
$78,000 to $124,000 - California (Non-SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Washington state: $72,000 to $114,000 - Colorado, Nevada,

Rhode Island:
$65,000 to $103,000 Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. This position may be offered in other locations. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your preferred location during the hiring process. The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
