Description

Streamline Finishing is seeking a motivated, results-driven individual to strengthen our production team.

We are looking for a Production Team Leader to coordinate our existing team as we expand our production services.

The Production Team Leader is responsible for the leading a small group, to achieve day-to-day production goals within the warehouse.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Provide direct supervision reviewing the daily scope of work and determining productivity requirements to meet the overall objectives.
• Enforce safety rules on their team members
• Conduct regular performance reviews on team members
• Inspect work done by team members to ensure that they meet company standards of good quality
• Supervise and routinely check all inbound and outbound shipments to ensure they are correct and carried out in a timely manner
• Coordinate the usage and maintenance of equipment with management
• Ensure all surfaces are ready for staining
• Maintain and clean equipment and work area

• Create and maintain a safe and positive work environment
• Excellent problemsolving skills to effectively handle the challenges and problems in the production department if needed.
• Responsible for daily management and support for the team to achieve operational success
• Warehouse/production experience along with relevant experience as a Finisher or Painter
• Experience managing 5+ people
• Leadership experience
• Ability to build and sustain positive working relationships with team members and customers
• Both Forklift and Reach Truck experience with a current valid forklift certificate is an asset
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Location:
Chemainus, B.C.

This is a Full-Time position. Hourly based on experience and certifications.

$28.00-$35.00 per hour
