Responsibilities:
- Various portal management, including receiving and closing work orders and dispatching as appropriate
- Supporting Sales Team on RFPs (Requests for Proposals)
- Pest Pac (internal system) management, including scheduling, creating accounts and managing recurring setups
- Rescheduling any services that may not have been completed
- Creating consolidated invoice set ups
- Organizing and storing all associated contract files in one consolidated client folder
- Creating consolidated invoice set ups
- Reviewing all completed orders in branches and sending invoices to respective contacts for payment
- Followingup with Operations Mangers to gather any missing service reports
- Responding to any invoicing corrections, disputes or inquiries
- Other duties as may be assigned from time to time
- Assist with A/R for the National accounts
Job Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or College diploma from any related field
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills
- Demonstrated strength in verbal and written communications
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience working with RFPs (Requests for Proposals) preferred, but not mandatory
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
