- Du wirst Laboransätze zu den laufenden Produktentwicklungsprojekten für Cremes und Handpflege herstellen und bewerten sowie entsprechende Stabilitäts- und Kompatibilitätsprüfungen durchführen.
- Diese Produktentwicklungsprojekte bearbeitest du gemäß IIM Prozess und hältstdie dabei vorgegebenen Timings ein.
- Du kontrollierst die Daten und dokumentierst die Ergebnisse von Entwicklungsprojekten weitgehend eigenständig und präsentierst die Ergebnisse auch in Englisch.
- Bei der Anpassung und Entwicklung neuer und bestehender Produkte auf die Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen unserer Verbraucher bringst duviel Eigeninitiative ein.
- Du initiierstund begleitest Scaling-Up, Wirksamkeit und Verträglichkeitsstudien in Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen Abteilungen.
- Du arbeitesteng mit angrenzenden Fachfunktionen zusammen, bspw. Marketing, Packaging Development, Quality & Safety Management, Technology Development, Fragrance Management, Category Test Teams.
- Dein Fachwissen erwirbst und erweiterst dueigenständig und führst Literaturrecherchen durch.
- Du hast eine technische Ausbildung abgeschlossen, wie beispielsweise Chemielaborant*in, CTA, PTA, MTA, und konntestbereits professionelle Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von verschiedenen kosmetischen Produkten sammeln.
- Gute Kenntnisse über Rohstoffe und Emulsionstechnologie und möglichst Erfahrung im IIM Prozess bringst du mit.
- Die Fähigkeit, R&D-Produktentwicklungsprojekte im Hinblick auf wechselnde Prioritäten und Deadlines zu bearbeiten, hast du bereits bewiesen.
- Deine Kreativität und Begeisterungsfähigkeit bringst duin die Entwicklung von kosmetischen Formulierungen ein.
- Deine Flexibilität hilft dir sowohl durch selbstständige, systematische Arbeit als auch in Kooperation mit anderen, um qualitativ hochwertige Ergebnisse zu erzielen.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift helfen dir, deineausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit breit einzusetzen.
