Assistant Project Coordinator (Beauty Industry)**
Description
People In Biz Corp. / Luvit Creation is a Private Label (OEM/ODM) solution provider servicing beauty brands worldwide.

We collaborate with brands/distributors/retailers/startups on various aspects and stages of skincare/beauty product development - function, concept, ingredients, formulation, regulation, packaging - and provide branding/manufacturing solutions to meet their needs.


Responsibilities

  • Handling administrative tasks that require support in any parts of ongoing projects in a timely manner and developing potential opportunities associated with incoming project inquiries
  • Monitoring project progress and reporting project status daytoday for the team to make sure every agenda falls in line with schedules and to adhere to all deliverables in a timely manner
  • Facilitating communications between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle
  • Assessing any issues and related risks that may arise during the project and providing recommendations (short or long term) for possible action plans from ongoing review, to be shared with key stakeholders
  • Collecting any projectrelevant documents/data and managing them as directed. Analyzing/interpreting/visualizing collected data/information and reporting on findings to the interested stakeholders
  • Building relationships with multiple teams
  • Maintaining a positive attitude while in a fastpaced environment and staying in a getitdone mindset when facing unexpected challenges/problems.

Qualifications
-
Must be fluent in
English and Korean.

  • Must have
    excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • 1 to 3 years of project management experience in a B2B sales environment are preferred.
  • Proficient with data/document management tools
  • Intermediate proficienty in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook etc.) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the professional beauty industry and B2B/B2C model is an asset.
  • Have a getitdone attitude with interest in professional growth and sales goals.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask while working in a fast paced environment.

$40,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
