Production Team Assistant - 6 Month Contract Position

General Body & Equipment is an industrial truck body builder with employees in Edmonton, Calgary and Saskatoon.

We are looking for a _
Production Team Assistant_ to join our Edmonton team for a
6 month contract with a potential option to extend to partially cover a maternity leave We are looking to fill this position immediately.

• Data Entry/ERP Material Transfers
• Procurement/Purchasing Team support
• Inventory Logistics Support
• Enter timecards into the system ensuring accuracy
• Electronic filing as necessary
• Print off and distribute reports as necessary
• Record meeting minutes as required
• Cover incoming phone calls as a backup to the main receptionist/service advisor
• Minimum grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional customer service skills both on phone and in person
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop positive working relationships and maintain confidentiality
• Strong competency and comprehension of the English language with written, oral and reading
• Able to achieve deadlines and work under pressure
• Ability to safely lift up to 3040 lbs, when required

Job Types:

Salary:
$21.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
