    Our client is a Vancouver based, full service commercial mechanical contractor with expertise in service, preventative maintenance for managed commercial and multi-family buildings.


    The Role:
    Key Account Executive
    Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
    Implement a proven sales strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

    Initially the role will require the Account Executive to manage and grow our current customer base, and then in time identify, prospect, and bring on new customers for the organization.

    Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

    Arrange business meetings, lunch and learn meetings with property managers and establish strong relationships to identify growth opportunities while keeping in line with our Client Target Market.

    Consultative and strategic selling and relationship management experience in the industrial sector - preferably having some knowledge of HVAC and plumbing services
    ~ You are a strong relationship builder and have previous experience building relationships with Property Managers
    ~3+ years of full cycle sale experience
    ~ Experience running lunch and learns, and leading presentations is an asset
    ~ Strong business acumen and sales skills
