Job Summary
We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented After Hours Scheduler to support our healthcare operations during evening and overnight hours. This role is critical to maintaining smooth scheduling operations, responding to sick calls, and providing administrative support outside of regular business hours.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident working independently, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage after-hours scheduling using our in-house scheduling system
- Respond to staff sick calls and adjust schedules as needed
- Review medical documentation and client care plans
- Perform administrative support tasks
- Data entry and filing
- Client intake processing
- Invoicing
- Light office housekeeping (in-office days)
- Answer and manage phone calls and texts with professionalism and strong phone etiquette
- Ensure accurate communication between clients, staff, and management
Qualifications
- Previous experience in healthcare scheduling or administrative support preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- 10-key typing proficiency
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
