HOURS OF WORK:


  • Primary need is for weekends.
  • Hours consist of afternoon/evening shifts.
  • Flexibility is always great.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Preparing and cooking all menu items by kitchen and brand standards.
  • Providing assistance stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line.
  • Food preparation and portioning prior to service.
  • Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.
  • Following and achieving closing routines.
  • Maintaining all health and food sanitation standards in accordance with Old Yale Brewing safe food handling practices and Fraser Health protection standards.
  • Maintain high level of food quality.
  • Putting bulk food orders away in a neat and organized fashion.
