We're a small environmentally-focused landscape gardening company based in East Vancouver looking for someone who can help us 3 or 4 days a week from 7:30-4 Monday to Thursday.

We use battery-powered maintenance equipment to promote a cleaner, more peaceful landscaping experience for staff and customers.


The most important things are to be communicative, self-directive, use good judgment, and have strong interpersonal skills because you will be working with other staff and interacting with clients on a regular basis.


We're looking for someone with:


  • Good judgment, organization, and problemsolving skills.
  • An ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Good physical stamina and an ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly through an entire work shift.
  • An ability to work with hand tools, small engine equipment, and materials.
  • An ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Plant knowledge or a keen interest in landscape gardening is important.
  • A driver's license is an asset but not essential.
  • A positive attitude is a must.
  • Decent strength physical fitness is also important given the nature of the work.

Responsibilities and Duties:


  • We do a lot of different things so there's quite a bit of variety to our days.
  • Sometimes we're weeding or mulching, other times we're doing garden installations or renovations.
  • We also do residential scale pressure washing.
  • Do hardscapes like residential stone paths and patios.
  • Installing retaining walls and paving stones.
