We're looking for our next
Restaurant Manager for District Food Hall at Pearson International Airport


What you'll experience with The DRC:

What you'll be doing:


  • Recruiting, training, developing and communicating with FOH and BOH teams.
  • Developing, planning and assigning daily goals, tasks and employee assignments.
  • Managing, supervising and evaluating team performance and providing feedback including disciplinary action.
  • Assisting in monitoring sales performance through the analysis of sales reports and comparison shopping.
  • Maintaining adherence to all DRC and SSP policies and procedures, as well as provincial health/sanitation standards.
  • Managing all office tasks, including management of funds, receiving, inventory, purchasing, team member scheduling and payroll.
  • Other duties as required

What we'd like you to bring to the kitchen:

EDUCATION + TRAINING. A degree or diploma related to Food and Beverage or Hospitality Management is considered a strong asset. You must possess a Food Handlers and Smart Serve certifications.

FLEXIBILITY. You must be available to work days, evenings and weekends, early morning hours 3 a.m. shifts.

DRIVERS LICENSE. Having a driver's license is considered advantageous due to early morning shifts
