    About the Role

    Your Responsibilities


    • Program and operate on all machines in Quality Dep. (including but not only limited to Opticell, Optigo,
    Q-flash, MetraScan, CMM & Argus scan).

    • Fixture basics checking as per standard process (fixture inspection/basics/G&R study) as required

    • Produce and present measurement reports/results for internal/external requirements based on set standard

    • Use hand held measuring equipment for holes size, flanging measurement etc.

    • Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process and quality system.

    • Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels.

    • Verify the implementation of those solutions.

    • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

    • Responsible to carry out duties for Health, Safety, 5S and Environment in accordance with the HS&E Agreement for Employees - Addendum

    Who we are looking for


    • Solid mechanical knowledge; drawing, reading capability is required

    • College degree is preferred

    • Knowledge of computer/software skills (Microsoft Office tools, SMIRT, Spinfire, Gagetrak, UG & CATIA) is required

    • Fast learning capability

    • Good communication skills both verbal and written, good organization skills, ability to meet deadline with accuracy, and good analytical skills

    • ISO 9001 and ISO14001 training as prescribed by QEMS ( see matrixes)

    • SPC, WHMIS, Orientation, job specific training, Forklift, Crane, Fire Extinguisher, 5S, CI Suggestion Program
