Job Summary
Manager - Process Optimization


What will you do?


Design, implement and carry out the development necessary to build Comprehensive Automated Solutions to support a shift-left approach and establish continuous testing practices within the
User Acceptance Testing space within the Cash Management Program.


Liaise with Product, Technology and Business Stakeholders on a daily basis to gather, understand and democratize requirements and set expectations.

Enable teams to integrate qTest (Test Management Solution) for tracking test design executions and results.

Build and expand our automated regression/smoke tests for our in-house build DevOps pipeline platform (e.g. Azure, Virtual Machines etc).


Create and build clear and comprehensive test reports and dashboards for all stakeholders to access, troubleshoot and identify areas of improvements.

Collaborate with a team of Quality Engineers & Analysts located Onshore (US, Canada) and offshore (India)


Must-Have Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Diploma in IT with equivalent IT experience (7+ years)
  • Creative and analytical thinker who is selfdriven and capable of working in a fastpaced environment.
  • Sound knowledge of Software Testing and Agile concepts.
  • Experience with Programming Languages like Java/Python and TDD/BDD automation frameworks like (TestNG, Cucumber BDD) or Pytest / Robot framework
  • Experience with Github, JIRA
  • Experience in working with Databases like PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server etc as well as MongoDB.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of DevOps methodology and tools.
  • Front end Browser Automation(Selenium/Playwright)

Nice to Have Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Cash Management/Core Banking Domain Knowledge
  • Knowledge of Rest APIs, Microservices, Kafka and Cloud Concepts (MS Azure), Spark
  • Backend Systems Automation: REST API Automation, ETL Automation
  • Knowledge of Test Management Tools (qTest)
