High producing real estate team is seeking aFull Time Administrative Assistant to support business growth.
Day to day responsibilities would include:
- Developing and maintaining filing systems (both hardcopy and electronic).
- Liaise with associates, clients, tenants, lawyers, mortgage brokers, appraisers, builders/developers & other industry members to ensure accurate and complete documents are processed for real estate transactions.
- Initiate and implement methodologies to meet internal and external customer expectations.
- Establish, maintain and coordinate administrative policies and procedures.
- Compile/maintain data, statistics & manage proprietary databases.
- Work with the internal sales team to ensure/create marketing materials/campaigns to meet the needs of clients and business partners.
- Manage/maintain social media accounts.
- Exceptional customer service skills

- Forward thinking & strong problem solving skills
- Previous work experience in a real estate office setting
- Familiar with the following systems: Paragon, Webforms, Docusign, MyRealPage, Microsoft Office, SkySlope Adobe platforms & design platforms (Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign/Canva).
- Familiar & active with all social media platforms
- Available Monday-Friday 9am5pm to operate from a SouthWest Edmonton office.

$20.00-$25.00 per hour
