Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and versatile to join our construction and manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various trades, including carpentry, masonry, roofing, and electrical work. This role involves performing a wide range of tasks such as blueprint reading, concrete forming, cabinetry installation, restoration, and more. The will contribute to diverse projects requiring technical expertise, precision, and physical endurance. Responsibilities

• Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate project execution
• Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry work with attention to detail
• Install cabinets, flooring, tiles, siding, and roofing materials according to specifications
• Conduct restoration projects involving drywall repair, caulking, and surface finishing
• Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with plumbing and electrical installations as needed
• Measure and cut materials accurately using woodworking tools and schematics
• Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks to support construction activities
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite while adhering to safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, or related fields
• Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating is preferred
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and woodworking equipment
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently
• Strong understanding of safety procedures in construction environments
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license is a plus for job site travel or material transport
• Prior handyman experience or experience in manufacturing is advantageous
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.93-$44.02 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
